The Agency was established in 1990 to assist the City of East St. Louis with financial management and long term financial sustainability. The goal of this website is to foster transparency regarding the issues facing the City of East St. Louis. Residents of the City of East St. Louis, the St. Louis Metropolitan area, and the State of Illinois are affected one way or another by the state of affairs and physical condition of the City of East St. Louis. Be assured that information on this website will be updated frequently. Agendas and Minutes will be uploaded in reverse order starting with 2009 and 2008, and as far back as possible with the resources available. Minutes from the monthly meetings will be uploaded once the Board approves the Minutes. For information regarding the City of East St. Louis, please visit the City's webpage.
